If you choose to add this optional service we will perform a second inspection to inspect plumbing, crawlspace, insulation and service panel for hot spots. Thermography allows us to visually detect issues behind sheetrock and in dark areas where the naked eye would not be able to see. Photos of issues would be included with photos in your final report.
